Finding your Y can be hard, start with a group fitness class to get you going! The Y offers a wide variety of your favorite group fitness class FREE with a Y membership. YMCA Personal Training

Accountability, education, and motivation is what you will find in all of our YMCA personal trainers. They can teach you to use our machines and equipment, guide you through specific workout programs and walk with you through your health and fitness journey. When you become a member of the YMCA you get a FREE orientation and a 30 minutes personal training session!

Y Aquatics 

Our aquatic group exercise program encourages people of all ages to use the buoyant qualities of water to enhance their physical well-being through exercise. It’s an ideal way for people of all ages to increase physical strength and endurance without putting undue stress and strain on joints. The YMCA offers Aqua Tai Chi, Aqua Jog, and other group lead classes in the water!”

At the YMCA, our specialty fitness classes are designed to support individuals with Parkinson’s Disease & cancer survivors.  Looking for a fun way to stay motivated and engaged in your fitness journey? The YMCA offers exciting Monthly Challenges, designed to inspire, motivate, and bring our community together. From “Summer Burn” to “Ugly SWEATer,” each month we’ll introduce a new and exciting challenge that you can participate in, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out. Youth Fitness

At the YMCA, we believe in fostering healthy lifestyles from a young age. Our Youth Fitness programs, including Kids Fit Club and Youth Weight Training, are designed to help children and teens develop strength, confidence, and lifelong fitness habits. Kids Fit Club introduces kids to the joys of fitness through a variety of activities that promote physical health and teamwork. Our Youth Weight Training program teaches teens the fundamentals of strength training in a safe and supportive environment, helping them build strength and confidence. Wellness Orientation

New members receive a fitness orientation when they sign up. This orientation is a 30-minute introduction to all the machines in the fitness center. During the orientation, fitness staff will show you how to make adjustments on machines and ensure you are comfortable using them. The orientation includes both cardio and strength equipment.
