Y Group Fitness

Finding your Y can be hard, start with a group fitness class to get you going! The Y offers a wide variety of your favorite group fitness class FREE with a Y membership. From Boxing to Yoga, to High Fitness and Get fit, we have something for every interest and every fitness level. Our experienced and high energy instructors are eager to help you find the best Y Group Fitness classes for you!

Y Personal Training

Accountability, education, and motivation is what you will find in all of our YMCA personal trainers. They can teach you to use our machines and equipment, guide you through specific workout programs and walk with you through your health and fitness journey. When you become a member of the YMCA you get a FREE orientation and a 30 minutes personal training session!

Y Aquatics 

Our aquatic group exercise program encourages people of all ages to use the buoyant qualities of water to enhance their physical well-being through exercise. It’s an ideal way for people of all ages to increase physical strength and endurance without putting undue stress and strain on joints. The YMCA offers Aqua Tai Chi, Aqua Jog, and other group lead classes in the water!”

Fit To Fight

Fit To Fight Parkinson is a Group Fitness class specifically designed but not limited to those diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. People suffering from TBI’s (Traumatic Brain Injury, Dementia and Alzheimer’s or other debilitating disease are welcome to this class. Here at the Y we also offer a Fit To Fight Cancer Survivors or Fighting program that is evidence based practice. This program allows participants to see and track their progress. Both programs are free with a YMCA Membership. Join the fight today.
