It’s time to get wet and make a splash! These classes are all on the stand-up paddleboards. Paddleboard fitness is a fun way to exercise. The overall focus is balance, strength, and stability. Session is 45-60 minutes. Limited to 5 participants. Space is limited call the Y to reserve your spot.
