The Y offers a wide variety of your favorite group exercise classes FREE with membership. From yoga to boxing, we have something for every interest and every fitness level. Our experienced instructors will help you have fun and get healthy while you gain strength, endurance, and increased energy. All group exercise classes are co-ed and designed for a variety of fitness levels.

Get ready to have fun this Summer with our outdoor Boot Camp. Boost your aerobic fitness with high-intensity, creative workouts. This intense conditioning class integrates cardio exercises with muscle conditioning exercises. Classes are held outdoors and off-site.

Non-members may purchase a Group Fitness Punch Card for $48 that is good for 8 classes. These punch cards are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person. All punch cards expire a year from the date purchased.
