Group Fitness

The Y offers a wide variety of your favorite group exercise classes FREE with membership. From yoga to boxing, we have something for every interest and every fitness level.  Our experienced instructors will help you have fun and get healthy while you gain strength, endurance, and increased energy. All group exercise classes are co-ed and designed for a variety of fitness levels.

There’s strength in numbers. The energy of a group, rhythm of the music, and motivation from an instructor will keep your heart rate up and your body moving. We offer more than 60 classes per week of the hottest group exercise classes:

West Coast Swing

West Coast Swing is a fun dance that anyone can learn. It’s a form of swing dancing to pop and blues music.

5 week sessions

Classes start March 18th at 7pm!

$25 Member – $50 Non-Member

Child care is available at no cost to members.

Paddle Board Fitness

It’s time to get wet and make a splash! These classes are all on the stand-up paddle boards. Paddle board fitness is a fun way to exercise. The overall focus is balance, strength, and stability.

Starting this January:

Tuesday – 6:45pm

Wednesday – 9:30pm

Punch Cards

Non-members may purchase a Group Fitness Punch Card for $48 that is good for 8 classes. These punch cards are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person. All punch cards expire a year from the date purchased.
