Celebrate At The Y!
A birthday party at the YMCA is a great way for toddlers, children, teens, adults, and seniors to celebrate their special day and create lasting memories with family and friends. The Y provides a dynamic and engaging day of activities while relieving you of the stress that comes along with planning everything by yourself.
Our party features one hour in the YMCA party room with tables and chairs, a YMCA host, and an hour in a specialty area of your choice (gym or Kids Fit Zone). Parties may be booked on Saturday or Sunday and must be booked two weeks in advance. Full payment and the contract must be received before booking.
Y Rental Areas
- Gymnasium/Basketball Gym
- Large equipment rental (volleyball net & pee wee basketball hoop)
- Ball Fields
- Multipurpose Courts (Raquetball courts)
- Conference Room
Organized Recreation Group
(Outside teams, homeschool groups, & any other organized recreation sports that is not affiliated with the YMCA)
$5 daily fee for non-members
48 Hour notice
Full Court Rental – $100 + Daily Fee
- 2 hours
- Additional $25/hour after 2 hours.
Half Court Rental – $50 + Daily Fee
- 1 hour
- Additional $15 every hour after.
If rented, we will not move other recreation activities affiliated with the Y.
If not rented, YMCA recreation activities will override daily activity pass.
Pool Rental
Member Price $180.00/HR and Non-Member Price $230.00/HR
Minimum 2 Swimmers for pool rental
Requires a 3-week notice- price increases after 25 swimmers
Basketball Gym Rental
Full Court Rental – $100 + Daily Fee
- 2 hours
- Addition $25 after 2 hours
- Half Court Rental – $50 + Daily Fee
1 hour
- Additional $15 every hour after
- YMCA Staff will set up and tear down
- 2-hour reservation
- 48-hour notice to Front Desk staff
Conference Room Rental

- $20 Per Hour
- Free Day pass included for every attendee
- Big Screen TV with HDMI hook up
- Access to Coffee Lounge
- Water Provided
- Book 2-week notice
Birthday Rental
Includes:
- Birthday Cake (1/4 sheet)
- Fruit Punch
- Decorations
- Personal Party Host or Hostess
Fees:
YMCA Members – $150
Non-members – $200
All party packages have a 10-guest maximum (excluding birthday child and parents), parties with more than 10 children will be charged a $15 additional fee.
