Current Part-Time Openings

Wellness Attendant-Under the supervision of the Wellness Director, the Wellness Attendant is responsible for building a positive, friendly relationship with all YMCA members and guests who use the fitness areas.  Responsibilities also include training members on proper use of the equipment as well as preventative and general maintenance of the cardiovascular and strength training equipment areas.  Attendant must provide excellent service to member to provide them with a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that promotes member wellness and engagement in accordance with YMCA core values, policies and procedures.>> Click Here: 

Swim Lesson Instructor– Under the supervision of the Aquatics Manager, the Swim Lesson Instructor is responsible for instruction for swim lessons and/or private swim lessons, and developing relationships with participants. Group Fitness Instructor– Under the supervision of the Wellness Director, the Group Fitness Instructor teaches a safe and effective class that promotes total fitness development for members, greets everyone by name when possible, extends thanks whenever appropriate, makes relationship building the number one priority at all times, ensures a positive environment that promotes member wellness, and engages in accordance with YMCA core values, policies, and procedures. Personal Trainer– Under the supervision of the Wellness Director, the Personal Trainer must provide one-on-one or small group fitness instruction to people desiring a program tailored to their specific needs and goals in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that promotes member wellness and engagement in accordance with the YMCA core values, policies, and procedures.
