Lifeguards – Under the supervision of the Aquatics Coordinator and Wellness Director, the Lifeguard is responsible for providing a safe, enjoyable and positive environment that promotes member wellness and engagement in accordance with the YMCA core values, policies and procedures. Current openings are 5:00-8:00am, 8:00am-12:00pm, 12:00-3:00pm, 3:00-6:00pm and 6:00-9:00pm and weekend shifts.
Membership Experience Coordinator – Responsible for managing and ensuring members and guests receive exceptional customer service making their visit the best part of their day. In addition, the Membership Experience Coordinator will be responsible to manage the day-to-day operations of the YMCA Members Service Desk operations and will hire, train, and supervise a team of member-service personnel to deliver unparalleled customer service. Welcome Desk – Looking for friendly individuals for 9:00am-5:00pm shifts. The Welcome Desk Customer Service staff will interact with the members and up hold the member experience standards. They will be the daily point of contact for members, determining their needs and offering solutions to meet these needs. They will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to Y members, program participants and guest.
