Building Supervisor – Interact with the members and up hold the member experience standards. They will be the point of contact for members, determining their needs and offering solutions to meet these needs. They will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to Y members, program participants and guests.
Lifeguards – Under the supervision of the Aquatics Coordinator and Wellness Director, the Lifeguard is responsible for providing a safe, enjoyable and positive environment that promotes member wellness and engagement in accordance with the YMCA core values, policies and procedures.
Personal Trainers – Are you looking for a Personal Training opportunity with one of Maryland’s most elite athletic organizations? Do you have a passion for fitness and want to share that with others? Are you a career-minded leader who can think outside the box and rocket our top-notch team to the next level? Do you want to bring “FITNESS THAT MATTERS” to our members? If so, this is the opportunity for you!
We are looking for motivated Personal Trainers who will provide motivating and personalized fitness programs for individuals and small groups on a regular basis, while working with a dedicated staff to help members achieve results!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- prospecting members and non-members for referrals and new clients
- providing safe and effective exercise routines
- tracking and reporting client visits
- motivating clients to adhere to their program and to participate in other Club facilities, functions, and programs
- assisting with successful operation of the fitness center
- acting as an ambassador of the Club when conducting off-site sessions and presentations.
Qualified applicants will possess one of the following certifications: ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, NSPA.

Swim Lesson Instructors – We are in need of experienced instructors to teach lessons on Saturdays.
Welcome Desk Staff – The Welcome Desk Customer Service staff will interact with the members and up hold the member experience standards.
