All of our participants gain a greater understanding of not only the strokes, but also safety, rescue skills, and water activities they can enjoy for a lifetime. From our lesson program, children can graduate to our Swim Team.

This program provides physical education classes for children participating in Home School Education. Participants will participate in age appropriate activities that include fitness, fundamental and sport specific skills, including swimming.

A 9 week 5k walk/run training program to prepare you for the Turkey Run on Thanksgiving Day. Join us to get motivated with a group of individuals just starting out or that need a little extra push. Participants receive a $10 discount on the Turkey Run.

The YMCA is now offering American Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED classes to the public! If you need to become certified for work or would like to be prepared for an emergency, you can attend a hands-on class we offer each month.
