What is Iron Bridge?

Named in honor of Quincy’s legacy of strength and connection, Iron Bridge is more than just a gym — it’s a path. A path to transformation. A path to community. A path to becoming stronger — inside and out. Iron Bridge offers CrossFit methodology — a high-intensity, constantly varied, functional movement training style designed to improve your fitness across every domain. Every day brings a new WOD (Workout of the Day) focused on cardio, strength, endurance, and agility.

Classes are led by CF-L1 CrossFit Coach who provide expert instruction, modifications, and motivation tailored to your skill level. Our welcoming environment ensures every member feels supported, challenged, and empowered.
