Members: $50 | Non-Members: $70

  • Challenge based off inches lost (not pounds)
  • Participants measured first & last day
  • One weekly workout with trainer (45 min.)
  • Homework for the remainder of the week
  • Nutrition education and support from  Registered Dietitians & Nutrition Specialists
  • Measurements will be taken. Total number of inches lost determines the winner(s)
  • Min. 19 total participants, each class is capped at 15 participants

Time Slots Available:

Mondays with Sherry: 12:00-12:45pm
Wednesdays with Kirkland: 10:30-11:15am
Thursdays with Cole: 6:00-6:45pm
Fridays with Heather: 12:00-12:45pm

Informational Meeting: Monday, March 25 at 6:30pm
