Summer Slim Down Challenge


April 2 – May 25

Members: $30 | Non-Members: $50

  • Challenge based off inches lost (not pounds)
  • First day of challenge participants will be measured (5-10 minute time slots)
  • Next 6 weeks will include 45 minute workouts with trainer during registered time slot
  • One weekly workout with trainer & homework suggestions for the remainder of the week
  • Last day of challenge participants will be measured again (5-10 minute time slots)
  • Each group will have their own Dietitian with nutrition challenges and prizes
  • Weekly food journal that’s reviewed & given recommendations
  • Total number of inches lost determines the winner(s) with three spots for measurement
  • Minimum of 19 total participants, each class is capped at 15 participants

Time Slots Available:

Tuesdays with Maggie: 12:00-12:45pm
Thursdays with Cole: 5:45-6:30pm
Fridays with Kylie: 10:45-11:30am
