• Participants measured at NutritionHQ
– First measurement to be taken April 18-20
– Final measurement to be taken May 25-27
• Weekly team workout with trainer 45 min
• Additional workouts provided
• Nutrition guidance provided by Brenna Zanger RDN, LDN, CDCES
• Interactive Facebook group with the trainer and additional Facebook group with trainer and nutritionist
• Each team is capped at 15 participants

Death By Beth: Bootcamp – Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.
Voss is the Boss: Strength and Cardio – Fridays at 12:15 p.m.
Informational Meeting: April 14 at 6:30 p.m.
