• Challenge based on a percentage of body fat lost
• Participants measured at NutritionHQ
– First measurement to be taken April 6-9
– Final measurement to be taken May 21-26
• Weekly team workout with trainer (45 min)
• Additional workouts provided
• Personalized macros and weekly nutritional support and recipes from Xplore Nutrition
• Interactive Facebook group with the trainer and additional Facebook group with Xplore Nutrition for any questions and accountability
• Three streamed cooking classes
• Each team is capped at 15 participants

Cole Nelson: Boxing Conditioning – Wednesdays at 5:30pm
Heather Sommers: Core Strength – Thursdays at 12:15pm
