Water Exercise

Our aquatic group exercise program encourages people of all ages to use the buoyant qualities of water to enhance their physical well-being through exercise. It’s an ideal way for people of all ages to increase physical strength and endurance without putting undue stress and strain on joints.

Swimmers and non-swimmers alike can take part in water exercise to reduce emotional stress and tension, improve health and improve feelings of well-being and self-esteem. All classes are free with membership.

Aqua Bootcamp

Love bootcamp style training? Try it in the pool! Aqua Bootcamp leads participants through a rugged workout of sports drills, circuits and interval training. Using the properties of water, these exercises will increase:

  • Cardiovascular Endurance
  • Flexibility & Coordination
  • Muscle Strength
  • Toning Agility

Ages: 18+
Time: Saturday 8:00-8:45am, 8 Weeks March 2 – April 20
Cost: $10 Y Members and $25 Non-Member

Punch Cards

Non-Members may purchase a Group Fitness Punch Card for $48 that is good for 8 classes. These punch cards are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person. All punch cards expire one year after purchase date.
