An online Facebook Challenge that will “stretch you to your limits.” Kylie Bliven, NASM certified personal trainer will demonstrate seven different stretches each week, encouraging you to perform a minimum of 10 minutes of stretch per day.
What will this do for you? Stretching promotes better movement and sleep, decreases pain and discomfort, prevents muscle soreness, increases range of motion and gives you an overall feeling of well-being.
WHEN: May 20 – June 30
Members who complete all of the challenges will be entered into a drawing for a small prize. Everyone will benefit from stretching!
