Summer Slim Down Challenge

Members: $30 | Non-Members: $50

  • Challenge based off inches lost (not pounds), no scale only a tape measure
  • First day of challenge participants will be measured (5-10 minute time slots)
  • Next 6 weeks will include 45 minute workouts with trainer during registered time slot
  • One weekly workout with trainer & homework suggestions for the remainder of the week
  • Last day of challenge participants will be measured again (5-10 minute time slots)
  • NEW & IMPROVED nutrition portion with challenges and prizes
  • Weekly food journal that’s reviewed & given recommendations
  • Total number of inches lost determines the winner(s)
  • Three spots for measurement: abdominal, hips & thigh
  • Minimum of 19 total participants, each class is capped at 15 participants

Time Slots Available:

Tuesdays with Dawn: 12:00-12:45pm, Outside/MPR
Wednesdays with Beth: 10:00-10:40am, Outside/Aerobics Room
Thursdays with Dawn: 5:45-6:30pm, Outside/Gym
