Whether it’s through flag football, soccer, baseball and more, our youth sports programs provide a fun, positive experience for kids and their families while encouraging our 8 core values. Our programs are perfect for those wanting to try out a new sport, or those who want to perfect their skills.
Y Youth Fitness
YOUTH WEIGHT TRAINING PROGRAM
This class is designed for Young Teens ages 11-16 that want to be independent in the Wellness Center and Free Weight Room. Completion of ALL 8 Sessions required to pass the class
Verbal test at the end of class about machines, weight training mechanics, muscle groups, & gym etiquette
Passing the Youth Weight Training Class grants access to the Free Weight, Hammer Strength, and Wellness Center areas WITHOUT an adult for those under the age of 14.
$25 Members

Summer Camp
After School
Kid Fit Club
Ages 6-11.
During the summer months, drop off your children and enjoy a workout knowing they will be taken care of and staying active.
Activities are FREE!
In case of rain, activity will be held in the BFIT Room at the trainer’s discretion.
All other activities will be outside. Kids will meet by the nursery door.
Free to members. $10 non-member drop in Registration is necessary for first time.
