The Y offers a wide variety of your favorite group exercise classes FREE with membership. From yoga to boxing, we have something for every interest and every fitness level. Our experienced instructors will help you have fun and get healthy while you gain strength, endurance, and increased energy. All group exercise classes are co-ed and designed for a variety of fitness levels.
There’s strength in numbers. The energy of a group, rhythm of the music, and motivation from an instructor will keep your heart rate up and your body moving. We offer more than 60 classes per week of the hottest group exercise classes:
Non-members may purchase a Group Fitness Punch Card for $48 that is good for 8 classes. These punch cards are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person. All punch cards expire a year from the date purchased.
Fitness On Demand
Try our Fitness on Demand Video Group Fitness Classes whenever you want at the touch of a button. There are hundreds of exercise videos available, from kickboxing and dance to yoga and cycling – and new classes are updated monthly.
