This January, maintain your New Year’s Resolution with a little help from the Y by enrolling in the Fit Start Challenge!
This program is an individual or team of two challenge. Weigh-ins are held every other Wednesday from 7:00-8:30am, 11:00am-1:00pm or 4:00-6:00pm. Also includes a Facebook Group to keep you on track with weekly challenges. Prizes will be awarded to the top two teams and individual with the highest percentage of weight lost.
