Designed for youth ages 8-12 and of any skill level looking to improve their athletic performance. Camp is designed to improve overall quickness, strength, speed, and agility. Main focus will be on footwork, legs and core strength; along with: Foot Speed, Lateral Quickness, Acceleration, Balance, Reaction, and Confidence. Camp instructed by Brad Longcor.
